Young designers from Great Britain, France, Canada, USA, Portugal and Germany participated in the StockFood 2008 international award, the FAB Futures Award 2008.

Pete A. Eising, President & CEO StockFood Group, handed over the first FAB Futures Award in person at the illustrious Hurlingham Club in London to the winner Teco Cipriano from Portugal and praised the excellent high quality of all competition ideas.

The new FAB Futures Award for creative young talents is one of over 20 categories of the FAB Awards, the international competition to promote creativity on the Food & Beverage scene. In 2008, more than 3600 entries for all categories were received for the prestigious awards from advertising talents from 65 countries. The participant list of the FAB Awards includes famous names and leading agencies from the international advertising scene.

The level of prestige and publicity enjoyed by the FAB Awards in the international F & B sector can be seen in the quantity and quality of submissions from all over the world. Global industrial giants such as Coco Cola, Heinz, Burger King, Mc Donald’s, Kellogg’s, Mars or Red Bull participated, as well as renowned advertising agencies such as BBDO, McCann Erickson, Scholz & Friends and TBWA (to name but a few).
