There are several ways to search for images or clips. You can search by keyword, image/clip number, photographer, by catalog, by category and by seasonal selection. Start your search by clicking on the search button at the top of the screen or entering either a keyword or image/clip number in the quick search section on the home page.
You can enter a second keyword by typing in the words "and" "or" and "not" after the original keyword. This will narrow your search.
You can search for images or clips by entering the word or words that describe best what you are looking for. For example, if you are searching for a macaroni dish, but you do not know its specific name, you can simply type in the word macaroni. You can also type in the specific name of an item to find the exact subject that you are looking for.
StockFood image/clip numbers are six digit numbers that can be found below each image or clip. E.g. 631548 If you know the number, you want to purchase, you can type it in and the image or clip will appear.
You can search through the work of a certain photographer by clicking on the scroll bar and choosing which photographer collection you would like to view.
You can search for images or clips in a certain catalog by clicking on the scroll bar and selecting which catalog you would like to view.
Click on the category search button found at the top of the screen to view a list of image/clip categories. Categories are broken up into subcategories, which make it easier to find the subject that you are looking for.
You can search through our niche folder image selections by clicking on Industry Folder in the search menu. Discover StockFood’s matchless collection of high-quality food images.
If you do not find what you need online, click on the custom research button found at the top of the screen under the search category. Fill out the custom research form and e-mail your information directly to us. You can also call us at 1-800-967-0229 in order to speak directly to a StockFood representative.
Optional display filters give you the option to narrow your search. Click on these boxes to refine your search results. You can filter images or clips e.g. by collection, orientation, recipe..
