When Food photographer Sarka Babicka moved to London, she started working with food and photography. Eventually these two passions merged into a new career. She now devotes all her time to photography and specializes in food, lifestyle and travel.
Babicka works mainly with natural light and tries to portray food in all its intrinsic beauty. In both photography and styling she stresses reality. For her, light is the most important element in a photograph. Her images are natural, fresh, minimalist and compelling.
Her long list of editorial and commercial clients includes, Jacqui Small, Duncan Baird Publishers, Cuisinart, Kallo Foods, Curaprox and Cereal Magazine. Her work has been featured in publications such as The Times, The Telegraph, Woman and Home, Red online, Bon Appetit and on CNN Travel, BBC Good Food and other international media.
